Our long-term personnel planning and development is oriented to our corporate strategy.
Personnel planning always takes into account the social framework conditions and demographic change, as well as the lack of specialist staff.
We want to fill as many specialist and management positions as possible with our own staff as part of our long-term succession planning.
At the same time, we aim to develop them to become entrepreneurs in the company - to individuals who take a longer view, who have creative ideas and are an important impetus.
To this extent, the systematic needs- and future-oriented development of our staff, as well as support for new staff, is of key importance.
Qualification and further training
We continuously invest in the qualification of our staff and support them in building up the new competencies, skills and abilities that they need for their daily work.
As part of regular staff discussions, the manager and the member of staff jointly determine the individual development needs of the member of staff.
